METHODS OF APPLICATION

• Applicants can purchase forms at the Property Management Division, Appraisal and Property Management Department, Level 3, MPK Plaza Building, Jalan Pos Baru Klang 
• Form Price RM1.00 
• Completed applications should be sent to the address of the Property Management Division, Appraisal and Property Management Department for processing .
• Any delay in delivery will not be entertained.
   

PREMISES APPLICATION GUIDELINES

• Only applicants who fill in the premises application form completely will be called for an interview.
•  Applications that are not filled in completely WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 
• Qualifications for premises applications must be MALAYSIAN CITIZENS and born in Malaysia. 
• Applicants must be 18 years old and not more than 60 years old on the closing date of the advertisement. 
• NO VACANCY/NO ADVERTISEMENT then the application will be REJECTED without an interview 
• For applicants who were NOT BORN IN MALAYSIA, you are requested to include a copy of the "BIRTH LETTER".
