METHODS OF APPLICATION

• Applicants can purchase forms at the Bahagian Pengurusan Harta, Jabatan Penilaian dan Pengurusan Harta, Aras 3, Bangunan Plaza MPK, Jalan Pos Baharu Klang
• Form Price RM1.00
• The completed application should be sent to the address of the Bahagian Pengurusan Harta, Jabatan Penilaian dan Pengurusan Harta untuk diproses.
• Any delay in delivery will not be entertained.
• Applicants who are interested in visiting the premises can make an appointment before the advertisement closes.
   

PREMISES APPLICATION GUIDELINES

• Only applicants who complete the premises application form will be called for an interview.
• Applications that are not filled out completely WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• Premises application qualification must be a MALAYSIAN CITIZEN and born in Malaysia.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age and not more than 60 years of age on the closing date of the advertisement.
• If the applicant applies in a location where there are NO VACANCIES/NOT ADVERTISED then the application will be REJECTED without an interview
• For applicants who were NOT BORN IN MALAYSIA, you are requested to include a copy of the "BIRTH CERTIFICATE".
• ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH AN AFFIDAVIT FOR REPAIRS OF THE PREMISES TO BE RESPONSIBLE BY THE TENANT
