METHODS OF APPLICATION

• Applicants can purchase forms at the Bahagian Pengurusan Harta, Jabatan Penilaian dan Pengurusan Harta, Level 3, MPK Plaza Building, Jalan Pos Baru Klang
• Form Price RM1.00
• The completed application should be sent to the address of the Bahagian Pengurusan Harta, Jabatan Penilaian dan Pengurusan Harta for processing.
• Any delay in delivery will not be entertained.
   

PREMISES APPLICATION GUIDELINES

• Only applicants who complete the premises application form will be called for an interview
• Applications that are not filled out completely WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
• Premises application qualification must be a MALAYSIAN CITIZEN and born in Malaysia
• Applicants must be 18 years of age and not more than 60 years of age on the closing date of the advertisement
• If the applicant applies in a location where there are NO VACANCIES/NOT ADVERTISED then the application will be REJECTED without an interview
• For applicants who were NOT BORN IN MALAYSIA, you are requested to include a copy of the "BIRTH CERTIFICATE".
